My current work is focused on understanding the link between trauma and Career Development. As a long time Career Practitioner and a trained Trauma Therapist I am curious about the intersection of these things. I build training and development initiatives to improve the experience Career Development Practitioners have with their clients. As Coordinator of Continuing Education for Douglas College Faculty of Applied Community Studies, I build new training streams for Practitioners to access into from across Canada. I also offer training directly to practitioners on Trauma Informed Career Development Practice.

I am also the President of the British Columbia Career Development Association. In this role I endeavour to increase the visibility of Career Development and the work of CCDPs across the province and Canada.
