Dylan Le Roy’s session was a perfect wrap to the previous sessions . He patiently, and with great grace and humour, helped conference participants remember the grounding they each have in things they can be grateful for. The 20-minute guided mindfulness practice especially helped the organizers come to a calm place after months of preparing for this week. Given the continuing context of trepidation about in-person gatherings, they had no idea until it started happening if the conference was going to work out. Dylan's session was greatly appreciated.
